2022 World Communication Awards: Orange International Carriers crowned for its Best digital transformation programme

After a successful year full of recognitions and rewards, notably those received during the Capacity and the GCCM Awards ceremonies, Orange International Carriers is delighted to announce that it has been successful at the 2022 World Communication Awards ceremony for the “Best digital transformation programme” on November 1, in London. This distinction constitutes the recognition of the work done by the Group as a wholesaler in the field of digitalization.

For the past 24 years, the World Communication Awards have recognized innovation and excellence for global telecoms, and today continues to be the most revered mark of achievement in the industry. Commenting this success, Jean-Marc Barraqué, Connectivity.com Project Director in charge of our digital transformation stated that “this Award encourage us to continue on this path and gives us confidence for the future”, adding that “customer migrations to the new tools show that they have been approved with enthusiasm”. 

How we implement our digital digitization programme

At Orange International Carriers we’re implementing self-service procurement in phases. It already started with customers enjoying availability of EVPL, IP Transit and Call Collect Numbers through our online eCare portal. To achieve this, we are digitizing our own organization, enhancing our processes to accelerate the whole pre-sales stage. And to enrich our customers’ experience, we are developing a set of innovative tools such as voice routing automation, network virtualization based on a APIzed and Cloudified new architecture.
