Biography - Since taking over as CEO of Orange International Carriers in 2019, Emmanuel Rochas has used his extensive experience to enhance a world-class wholesale service portfolio. As Orange’s prominent figurehead, Emmanuel must take credit for the company’s No. 1 position in terms of Voice revenues, enhancing the network offer with new cables, accelerating the deployment of PoPs, which totaled over 450 by the end 2022, and developing CDN solutions. Emmanuel has also revamped the company’s extensive portfolio by integrating Orange’s three-tier Value Offer, providing customers with a tailor-made experience by allowing them to easily choose the service that best suits their needs.
Emmanuel has also implemented Orange International Carriers’ new strategy. His innovative vision has empowered Orange employees and delivered value to customers and their end-users. For him, customer experience is key, it’s all about listening, understanding, and responding to give our customers and partners peace of mind in an ever demanding market. Finally, the Orange Service Pledge is yet another example of Emmanuel’s commitment to being a pioneer in the Wholesale industry for Quality of Experience. Biography - Paul Stanley is VP Sourcing for Orange International Carriers and Orange Business Services in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia being responsible for all technologies and commodities. Prior to joining Orange in 2019. Paul lived and worked for Colt in Japan, Hong Kong, Chicago and London. Paul has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and a Master of Science in International Strategy and Diplomacy from The London School of Economics.

Biography - Aurélien is VP, International Transmission Networks at Orange. In this role, he oversees all cross-border telecommunications infrastructure for the Orange Group, covering submarine cables, terrestrial networks, and satellite capacity. As a recognized industry expert, Aurélien has led successful investments and projects on 4 continents.
